It’s a Lace Front Summer!

Every social media platform is flooded with “It’s a Hot Girl Summer”, from 2019's favorite college-aged rapper Megan Thee Stallion. The momentum at the beginning of the summer was fast paced and looking good, but all tweets, pictures, and posts (and even Megan) are telling a different story. Instead, the trend train everyone is riding is the boo’d up and braided down movement. From the natural 1B-30” inch-Brazilian Wavy frontal to the 613-blunt cut-bob closures, the girls and gays are strapping on their wig caps and whipping out the Got2B glued. Due to the growing and glowing trend, I chose my 10 favorite lace front installs I’ve seen on Instagram!

1. LazyTown has been off the air for a while, but this pink ombré bob has made a comeback this summer on @arnesha_foreignx (via Instagram).

2. The pool isn't the only thing blue this summer. These royal blue tresses by @stylesbydemi_ are STUNNING! OKURT! (via Instagram).

3. We all stan a Lauren London-esque honey blonde. This beautiful install was done by @certified_stylez_. (via Instagram).

4. I think this wavy pastel was MINT to be! This minty, half-up/half down install by @beatbybsja is too sweet! (via Instagram).

5. We are keeping it natural with this classic wavy, versatile lace install. This install by @naomimonaee_ should compete in our bi-annual wave check (via Instagram).

6. We are falling in love with these fallen barrel curls from @hairbymj_! Always a classic! (via Instagram).

7. Having déjà vu? Well, just like the first install we are back to the pink ombré! @theanayal8ter chose to rock the long ombré by @iam_jonathan_ (via Instagram).
